Why We Like It
This is such a beautiful novel, told from two different perspectives and covering the past and the present.
At the very core is a romantic and emotional ‘will they-won’t they’ relationship based on a childhood friendship. But this book is so much more, as Emily brilliantly builds a cast of characters and a rich tapestry of situations handled with such sensitively that you become completely invested in the outcome.
A wonderful, heart-warming and ultimately hopeful summer read! Highly recommended
